Full of forbidden love, angst, heartbreaking moments, and SPICE THAT IS SPICY! I love all the additional scenes, the changes she made to it- it's amazing. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
Let me start by saying that this book had a neurodivergent rep that just made my heart happy. I went in thinking I'd get a dark and forbidden storyline and it definitely has those elements, Delta goes through a pretty heavy life change and faces childhood trauma but I was surprised to find some wholesome parts that shine through this book as well. And the doctor/patient taboo with the age gap was so hot!
This book was so good! It was sweet, spicy and funny! I loved Delta and Brooks’ dynamic and the way they fell for each other despite the taboo nature of their relationship. His support of her was hands-down the greatest aspect of this book! Okay, maybe the mouth on that man too! Definitely check this one out!
